1. What types of products do you offer?
At Aureva, The head massager combines red light therapy, serum/oil distribution, and scalp massage in one tool! It’s designed to boost hair health, reduce tension, and add volume—all while guiding nourishing liquids deep into your scalp. At Aureva, we believe in empowering you to feel confident and radiant every day—because beauty should be simple, accessible, and enjoyable.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add the items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for your convenience.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within America and Europe only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates on international availability.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24h. Shipping times vary based on location:

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
6. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more details.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
